Start your TR toon at 4th or higher level

The changes in the Daily Dice rolls are a mixed blessing.... It is harder to get sellable items if you don't craft, the essences are harder to come by, I usually sell' em. But not knowing if and when I will get my next loot of them, however I suppose I could sell' em for even more then what they used to be, supply shortages make things more expensive, I guess you can really learn things in this game after all... But really the Daily Dice Rolls (DDR) and Weekly Dice Rolls (WDR) prizes can come in handy, especially the XP (Stones I call them) should be saved in your BTA Packmule for later use, especially if you have high level toons, that can True Reincarnate (TR) soon, The WDR XP Stones are 1K to 10K worth of XP, so be aware of XP Cap of 10 Ranks, in the beginning, you might have to Level your toon between taking the XP Stones.
Save as many of the stones as you can, or use the 100 -200 XP DDR stones on your other toons if you are running out of room to carry them, Since DDO started Update 19 I have saved over 70K of XP stones, for TRing my toons.
Updated : I Changed my mind about who I was going to TR, If you had seen me around lately I TR'ed this past week. I managed to save up 63K of XP (You need 60K of XP for 2nd life to gain 4th level ) and ran the Gretto adventure, I left Korthos Island and headed to the harbor in Stormreach, back to my guild ship and traded 20 XP stones at a time, from the Daily and weekly dice rolls and proceeded to gain XP to get 63,950xp the 950 was from the Gretto adventure, I broke all the boxes leading to the cave entrance. I trained at each level and and adventured to 5th level. Equipted my toon with all +4 and 5th level items and did all 1st to 2nd level quests on elite. trained for 5th and working on holding my XP till I am at rank 30 before I train so that will 1 rank short of 7th level. This way I get more XP doing the lower level quests, and I have a more powerful toon, because I have all of my enchancements when I level.
Don't forget the wilderness areas have a min/max level in which you gain the most XP, if you are too high or low, you either will get little or no XP, so be careful of leveling too soon.
I know I explained most of this in getting the most XP, but it is very important.
Many players have not done this and well regret going ahead and doing higher then the level quests or having to do the same quest multiple times to get the most XP. You may have to modify the numbers and XP just a bit for those who are 3rd lifer's and beyond, but even the advice within this should help you as well.
